We offer Free postage and handling within Australia (except Western Australia and Australia’s External Territories) when the Invoice total is $100.00 inc GST. Orders below $100.00 inc GST (except Western Australia and Australia’s External Territories) a flat fee of $15.00 inc GST applies.
All deliveries to Western Australia and Australia’s External Territories are charged at the prevailing Australia Post Small Parcel rate under 500g or Regular Parcel rated from 500g to 22kgs
Threaded Rod and other items over 1 metre in length will be supplied on the basis of collection only from our bulk warehouse.
We use Australia Post, Fastway, Toll Road Express and other freight management companies for all of our deliveries.
All our orders are packed and sent within 1 business day (subject to stock availability) after full payment is cleared.
If tracking is a requirement we suggest that during the checkout process you choose the Express Post or Express Freight option. Express service normally gives you overnight delivery to most destinations and tracking at an extra cost. More information can be found at:

To ensure your order arrives quickly please provide us with the correct delivery address and ideally a mobile phone number on the checkout page before payment as our courier provider (not Australia Post) may contact you to arrange delivery.
Where goods are sent via our transport companies or an alternative transport company and you have not left authorisation during the checkout process you may receive a card indicating the item is available for pickup from the depot of the transport company.If this is not suitable we highly recommend that you change your delivery address to a workplace or somewhere where there is someone home during the day.
Where goods are sent through Australia Post, the buyer may receive a card in their letterbox indicating their item is available for pickup from their local post office.
We cannot be liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers. This also includes failure to provide an answered phone number which is essential to facilitate delivery of large heavy orders.
We aim to pack and dispatch orders within one business day from when payment is finalized (we can usually pack most orders the same day if payment is made and cleared before 2.00pm Queensland time and the complete order is in stock). However we cannot always guarantee this and if there is an unavoidable delay we will notify you. Please note that orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be packed and dispatched on the next business day, all orders are collected by our transport companies during normal business hours from Monday to Friday. Deliveries are not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.
We reserve the right to ship from our warehouse or a supplier's warehouse direct so please check with us before ordering if your order delivery is time sensitive.
At times we may ship our larger orders directly from our suppliers which help keep our prices down and where we think it will reach you quicker. This will mean in some cases you may receive 2 deliveries, one from us and one from our supplier. You will be notified via either phone or email prior to despatch.
Items can only be despatched and delivered during normal business hours (8am to 5pm) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.
