Shipping & Delivery

Standard Delivery

We use Australia Post, Fastway, Toll Road Express and freight management companies for all of our deliveries.

All our orders are packed and sent within 1 business day (subject to stock availability) after full payment is cleared.

If tracking is a requirement we suggest that during the checkout process choose the express post option. Express Post gives your overnight delivery to most destinations and tracking at an extra cost:

Larger bulkier orders will be sent with a Courier company of our choice that we believe is best suited to your location.

To ensure your order arrives quickly please provide us with the correct delivery address and ideally a mobile phone number on the checkout page before payment as our courier provider (not Australia Post) may contact you to arrange delivery.

Where goods are sent by our transport companies or an alternative transport company and you have not left authorisation during the checkout process you may receive a card indicating the item is available for pickup from the depot of the transport company.If this is not suitable we highly recommend that you change your delivery address to a workplace or somewhere where there is someone home during the day.

Where goods are sent through Australia Post, the buyer may receive a card in their letterbox indicating their item is available for pickup from their local post office.

We cannot be liable for any delay, losses and/or damage of items due to changes of delivery address after checkout, or mistakes made by buyers. This also includes failure to provide an answered phone number which is essential to facilitate delivery of large heavy orders.

Direct Shipment

At times we may ship our larger orders directly from our suppliers which help keep our prices down and where we think it will reach you quicker. This will mean in some cases you may receive 2 deliveries, one from us and one from our supplier. You will be notified via either phone or email prior to despatch.

Delivery Times

Items can only be despatched and delivered during normal business hours (8am to 5pm) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

  • Brisbane METRO: 1-2 business days
  • Sunshine / GoldCoast: 1-2 business days
  • Sydney METRO: 2business days
  • Canberra METRO: 2-3 business days
  • Melbourne METRO: 2-3 business days
  • Adelaide: 3-4 business days
  • Perth METRO: 4-6 business days
  • Hobart /Darwin METRO: 3-6 business days
  • Regional QLD/NSW/VIC/SA: 2-5 business days
  • Regional WA/TAS/NT: 4-6+ business day.

Supa-Cheap Bolts make every effort to deliver on time, however, any quoted delivery dates above are estimates only and whilst we make every effort to ensure we adhere to our quotes we cannot be held liable for any delays or lost shipments.


Pickups are available from our bulk warehouse, the pickup address will be made available once you have purchased and we have cleared payment funds for your items.

Returns & Replacements:


If for any reason you’ve changed your mind following purchase, we’re happy to work with you to return the item. To qualify for this offer, it is important to follow the guidelines below:

We must be notified within 14 days of you receiving the item that you intend to return it and you must obtain a Returns Authority from Supa-Cheap Bolts customer service team. This can be done by emailing returns@supacheapbolts.com.au The item must then be returned within 7 days following this notification and receiving your returns authorisation.
NOTE: Supa-Cheap Bolts does not accept unauthorised returns.
  • The item must be returned in original re-saleable condition in the packaging it was sent in (ready to be put back on the shelf)
  • The item/s are NOT opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in perfect condition when we receive them back.We do not accept the following returns: "damaged packaging", "broken pack quantities", "used items" or "competitor's products".
  • That you DO NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. Please only write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging.
  • The item is securely packed to ensure it is received back by us in original and re-saleable condition. All returned freight or postage must be pre-paid by returner.
Please ensure that any returns are sent via tracked postal service as we cannot accept any responsibility for items which do not arrive back with us. No refund of any type will be given should the returned item not arrive at our warehouse.
Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match description. More information is available at www.consumerlaw.gov.au and www.accc.gov.au

Payment Policy:

We require for the buyer to complete the sale transaction at checkout. We do not offer credit terms.

We accept EFT, Direct Deposit, Internet Banking and Paypal payments.

Payment confirmation duration is usually as follows:

  1. EFT, Direct Deposit and Credit and Debit Cards: 1 business day
  2. Other bank/internet transfer: 2-3 business days
  3. Paypal: It may take 2-3 days to create a Paypal account if you don't already have one.
